Czech Dance Platform 2011 - the Institut of the Lighting Design in the Czech Republic issued, for the 3rd time, an award for the best light design. The jury of experts presided by the Swedish designer Svant Grogarn granted this price to Pavla Beranová for the light design of the choreography Sacrebleu by Nataša Novotná. The main criteria of the competition weren't only the accurate design, but in particular how suggestive and compatible the lights were with the other elements on stage.

The 17th edition of festival Czech Dance Platform presents the best out of the Czech contemporary dance scene.

420PEOPLE will present their most recent pieces - Sacrebleu by Nataša Novotná and REEN by Václav Kuneš.

420PEOPLE would like to express many thanks to those spectators visiting our performances at the NEW STAGE in Prague on the 22.& 23.3.2011. Having contributed on multiple levels, not just "paying the visit" to enjoy the show, but relating also to the symbolic help which went into the charity for Japan.

420PEOPLE in team with the Humanitarian Organization ADRA, whose honoured director mr. J. Bárta attnded both of the evenings personally, managed to assembly a collection of 11 505 czk. This check will continue as an aid to the needed on the Japanese islands.
