The very first season is over
The very first season of 420people has been successfully „closed“ by the two performances in Archa Theater in Prague at the end of January 2008. The reactions of our audience, energy of the dancers that passed trough our workshops, support of professionals from our field, other offers for coproductions . . . and nevertheless satisfying feeling after good work, is insuring our will and we’re continuing to walk the path we took.
During such an intensiv process as is creating of our „production unit“ 420people and working with personalityes, constantly „rotating around the globe“, we were prepared and expected to have to be flexible and ready for surprises. Our first seasson was full of them!
We are glad to gain new experiences again and we shall use those …!!! preparations for our up-coming producions.
We would like to say our thanks to those who are supporting us on our way, who offered us an „helpful hand“ and important feed-back; nevetheless to those whom identify with our ideas, mainly to present dance aslo on Czech stages in it’s best possible qualityes. . . this way we would like to bring dance as an art form into subconsiousnes of an wider audience.

New creation On an Even Keel / V.Kuneš
After the first presentation of choreography Small Hour ( which is the 2nd part for originally planned full evenig piece) by V.Kunes in the Netherlands, 420people was offered next residency and will continue in the coproduction with Korzo Theatre in Den Haag; Vaclav together with japanese dancer Rei Watanabe will start working „On an even keel“ from the middle of February. Premiere of this new piece will be presented in the Korzo Theatre as a part of their program „Here We Live And Now“, and later on in its full version on the next premiere of 420people in Prague, December 2008.

We are happy to announce, and invite our fans, for another opportunity to present our choreography Small Hour by V.Kunes in Prague!
This time as a part of the Czech Dance Platform where 420people would go in for the Sazka award – best choreography of the year 2007.
The performance will take place at Ponec Theatre at 20.00 on 14th April 2008.

Ballet Gala- Philip Morris Ballet Flower Award 2007
We were happy to accept the invitation of the Ballet of the National Theatre in Prague and as a guest to the occasion of awarding the best Czech ballet dancer, will be our pleasure to perform on the stage of this beautiful old theatre.

New Creation / O.Naharin (Il)
Heading towards Israel!
It is an honor for us, that a person of such a qualities as Ohad Naharin is, accepted our offer and in a way became a fan of this project. The New creation for three female dancers - Natasa Novotna, Adi Salant (Il) and Rei Watanabe (Jp) we shall prepare in two phases. At first in July, as mentioned, we’ll create in Israel; second in December, just before the actual premiere at Archa Theatre in Prague, December 2008. We hope and are planning to be able to prepare workshops for dancers whom would get the chance to come closer to Naharin’s work and perhaps to try for them self’s how class of Ohad’s technique named GAGA feels.
