Loes has worked as a stage manager for the Netherlands Dance Theater from 1996 to 2004. In addition to her current position as a technician at the Korzo Theater in The Hague, she has designed light for Vaclav Kunes, Kenneth Flak and Sjoerd Vreugdenhil, as well as working as a technical director for André Gingras on several of his international tours. As a freelancer she also works with Nanine Linning to realize her ideas and setting pieces with other compagnies for Jiri Kylian.

Loes has worked for 420people since it’s very start – 1st performance in Korzo theatre in May 2007.She has designed the lights for choreographies Paedocypris Progenetica (small fish), Small Hour, On an Even Keel, Golden Crock.
