Helena gained her dance education at Art School in Prague, Domino Dance Company and various workshops in Czech Republic, Austria and Belgium. She has been educated and influenced mostly by Nina Křížová, Jan Kodet, Ivan Wolfe, Frey Faust, Nina Brzoradová, Václav Janeček. In 1999-2000 she studied dance pedagogy at Music Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts in Prague. In 2007 graduated from history at the Faculty of Philosophy and Arts at Charles University in Prague.

As a free-lancer she has been cooperating with DOT504, VERTE, cie. LAROQUE, Jarek Cemerek, Thomas Steyaert and Anna Synková. She teaches contemporary dance in studios Dance Perfect, ProArt, Alt@rt, Pohybové studio H, occasionally leads workshops abroad. In 2010 she took part in 5-week research workshop of DV8 directed by Lloyd Newson. She performed in short dance movie VoiceS by Y.Korec and P.Bebjak supported by D.N.A. production, Cie.Laroque a VerTeDance. In the past worked with Jan Kodet, Cie. Willi Dorner; I. M. Popovici; danced in 3 short dance movies of Daniel Conrad(CA); together with R.Tirpák made a duo Inside off, which was presented at Bienalle de la danse de Lyon, at The Place in London etc.
In 2008 received Sazka Award for her interpretation of the performance Holdin´Fast, nominated also for the Thalie Award. In 2000 Helena received the Interpretation Award at Czech Dance Platform for performance Gates by J.Kodet. Solo Duo Para Ella/ Comida para dos (Cie.Laroque) won 1st Prize at the International Choreographic Contest Masdanza.
