Welcome to Studio Maiselovka, a creative hub bursting with dance, movement, and art in the heart of Prague 1 on Maiselova Street.
It is the dance company 420PEOPLE's first official space, also used for regular repertoire rehearsals. The general public can enjoy various movement activities, including classes and workshops led by experienced teachers. The space allows for planning high-quality artistic projects, innovative stage performances and educational activities led by high-calibre teachers. The studio is a meeting place for culturally oriented residents with the opportunity to understand and approach contemporary dance and movement.

The studio is located at Maiselova 4, Prague 1, 110 00. After ringing the bell, the door will open automatically, and we will welcome you on the ground floor (on the left) at the entrance to the studio. HEALTHY BACK & FIRM TUMMY
Tuesday / 8:00 - 9:00
Lector: Zuzana Rybářová
In a 60-minute class, you will learn simple and effective SOS exercises to free your body from pain. You will release blocked areas and stiff fascia using balls, massage hedgehog balls, rollers, and other tools. You will strengthen all parts of your body that need strengthening and build a firm abdomen and back using the DNS method developed by Professor Pavel Kolář.

SHOW: SMOKE AND MIRRORS
The solo performance by dancer Francesca ‘Amy’ Amante and the solo concert by flamenco guitarist Filip Zubák. They dance and sing, disappearing and reappearing among levitating glass objects. The set design was inspired by the work of artist Vladimíra Klumparová, thanks to whom glass became an integral part of the creative process. It remained solid and fragile at the same time, impressive, beautiful, seemingly abstract, until a combination of circumstances gave it meaning, a story. Just like the illusion created by the combination of smoke and mirrors, this story may also be just an impression. New choreography by Václav Kuneš created especially for Studio Maiselovka.
