COURSE FEE / PRICE:

Price: CZK 14,000

Early bird price: CZK 12,500 (valid for registrations received by 31 March 2026). Payment must be made within ten business days of receiving payment details. Limited capacity applies.

Course fee for the 420PEOPLE Summer Dance Intensive (6–11 July 2026)
Free admission to and participation in the OPEN IMPRO JAM SESSION dance showcase on 9 July 2026.
Free admission to the SMOKE AND MIRRORS performance on 10 July 2026.
Free admission to the PULPS performance on 11 July 2026.

ACCOMMODATION AND MEALS:

LOCATION: Lipnice Castle (Lipnice nad Sázavou)

We provide the option of using a partnership agreement for accommodation and meals directly at the event venue.

Accommodation is available at a guesthouse often used by the ensemble during the festival. It is about a 10-minute walk from the location. You can reserve accommodation with no meals included, breakfast, or half-board. Room types and meal options are subject to your agreement with the service provider.

LEVEL:

Interest in dance / enthusiasm for dance
Dance experience: intermediate to advanced
At least three years of experience (e.g., attending classes, workshops, studying, other dance activities)

RECOMMENDED FOR: Dance school students, professional dancers, and dancers from the general public

AGE:

16–420 years

Participants aged 16 to 18 must submit a signed parental consent form to take part in the dance workshop. Refer to the document “Parental Consent Form for Participation in the Dance Workshop”

PAYMENT TERMS:

1. The course fee must be settled in full within 10 working days of receiving the payment details.

2. Course fee cancellations are not permitted.

3. The course can be transferred to another person, and individual approaches are assessed internally based on the organiser's capabilities. If the participant is unable to attend due to illness or other reasons, a substitute may be appointed. The substitute must be notified and confirmed by the organiser before the event begins on the scheduled day.

PARTICIPATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The workshop participant declares that they are physically and mentally fit to participate in an intensive dance workshop and accept full responsibility for their physical and mental well-being during the event.

2. The participant acknowledges that neither the instructor nor the organisers are responsible for any injuries sustained during the workshop.

3. The workshop shall be led by an experienced instructor with many years of teaching and dance expertise, conducted in either Czech or English.

4. Attendance at all lessons is mandatory, except for illness or other valid reasons. The workshop is arranged as a six-day event, with consecutive lessons and scheduled breaks. Each day will be split into two three-hour sessions.

5. The workshop targets intermediate to advanced dancers. However, passionate beginners are also welcome to join. However, participation without previous movement or dance experience is not recommended.

6. By signing this document, the participant confirms they have read, understood, and fully agree to the participation conditions and workshop description.

7. By signing this document, the participant confirms their involvement in the workshop and agrees to pay the workshop fee within 10 working days of receiving the payment details.
